LAPIS LAZULI

Lapis Lazuli is associated
with wisdom, truth, and self-expression. The stone is a deep-blue metamorphic rock prized since antiquity for its intense color, composed mainly of the minerals lazurite, calcite, and pyrite.

Prized for thousands of years, it was used in ancient Egypt for jewelry and cosmetics (Cleopatra's eyeshadow) and in the burial mask of King Tutankhamun.
